The management of PA Services for You reflects the diversity of both its workforce and the clients it supports. The leadership team—comprising Director Lucinda Walker, Registered Manager Alain Peter, and Quality and Performance Manager Alison Bacon—is supported by a wider office and management team that includes individuals from a range of racial, cultural, faith, and age backgrounds. This includes representation from White Pagan, French Asian, and Black British communities, with team members spanning different age groups, including those under 25.
