Meet our new Registered Manager, Lamin Touray
We’re delighted to introduce Lamin Touray as the new Registered Manager at PA Services For You from 1 November 2026.

With more than 15 years of experience in the care sector, Lamin brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to helping people receive safe, consistent support built around their individual needs.
Having previously worked as our Medication Lead, Lamin knows our team and the people we support. He looks forward to building on these relationships as he takes this next step.
Supporting people and our team
Lamin brings an approachable, collaborative style to his role, helping clients, families and colleagues feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions and discussing what matters to them.
His focus will be on supporting our staff to deliver high-quality care, building trusted relationships and ensuring that each person’s choices, needs and aspirations remain at the heart of their support.
Working alongside our leadership team, Lamin will help us build on everything that makes PA Services For You special: our commitment to being Specialists in Complex Care, Companions in Life, Champions of Choice, Voice and Independence, and Believers in the Possible.
Family, football and giving back
Outside work, Lamin enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, alongside his interests in football and cooking.
He also takes an active role in community service through his mosque, working with others to help people and contribute positively to the wider community. This spirit of collaboration and giving back reflects the care and commitment he brings to his professional life.
